Full Eclipse Teaser Trailer

Yahoo debuted the full teaser trailer of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. The trailer focuses on the love triangle between Edward, Bella and Jacob. It also offers us a first look of Victoria in action as well as the Volturi visiting the Cullens.

The Official Twilight Website has also been updated with the trailer and a new lay-out.

Eclipse Teaser trailer preview set to be released tomorrow

Twilighters! Here is the news we have been waiting for!

Summit Entertainment has announced that it will release a 10-second preview of the Eclipse trailer tomorrow. This is will be the first time that a video footage from the film will be released, with the full teaser trailer to be released on March 12 together with Remember Me.

Catalina Sandino Moreno on the Twilight Saga: Eclipse

Mexican actress Catalina Sandino Moreno attended the Oscar Party in New York last Saturday where she was interviewed regarding her upcoming appearance in the third Twilight film, Eclipse.

Q: I wouldn’t be a good reporter unless I asked about your huge role in Eclipse.

Catalina: It’s not huge though, It’s very very little, very very very small, but it’s a huge movie, and it’s fun and it was great, and the people that I met they were lovely. I didn’t meet everybody, but the people that I met they were just fantastic, so I’m very exicted to be apart of that. It’s huge.

Q: In the books, Maria is very prominent. She’s the evil vampire.

Catalina: I know. I love that she was evil, I love that she had to do something evil. You know If I was going to be a vampire, I would rather be an evil vampire that does crazy stuff than a nice vampire. So yeah, she was so much fun though, she was great.

Q: Were you a fan of the books before you were cast?

Catalina: No, I saw the movies. I was a fan of the films. Chris Weitz is amazing and I loved the first and second “Twilight,” so hopefully this one will be amazing too. It’s going to be great. So I’m really excited they are releasing it very soon.  I know it’s crazy they move so fast.

Q: Are you getting ready for all the junkets?

Catalina: I don’t think so…but if I go to the junket I’ll be very excited to be there and helping the movie because it’s a good franchise.

Muse: No longer part of the Eclipse soundtrack

After being dubbed by fans as “The Twilight Band” and being thanked by author Stephenie Meyer as inspiring her in every book, Muse’s Dominic Howard has mentioned that they are not going to come back for the Eclipse Soundtrack.

“Nah, it’s gone,” Howard tells us.

“Oh, it’s nothing to do with Stephenie, she’s totally cool,” says Howard, beginning to explain how Muse have potentially broken their Twilight hat-trick. “It’s the people in the movie business, completely outside of the writers and the creative types, the non-creative types I suppose are the people who are quite hard to deal with in Hollywood, so it didn’t work out.”

Howard also said that they already have written the song and it would have fit perfectly the love story of Edward and Bella.

“It was a love song, so it’s a personal song, and it wasn’t really to do with the films. But it was sounding good,” he says.

Though it may not be in the Eclipse Soundtrack, they would still release it.

“Yeah, yeah, we sure will [release it]. I mean, it was great. We worked on it in Australia, we were ready to record, we were going to do some recording with Butch Vig, so we might still do it,” he says. “I’m sure the song will definitely come to life for real at some point, but I think for this film it’s not going to happen.”

Summit replaces Eclipse art editor

According to Entertainment Weekly, Summit Entertainment has replaced Eclipse art editor Art Jones with Nancy Richardson. Richard previously worked with Twilight, editing out scenes from Catherine Hardwicke’s film. Jones on the other hand has collaborated with Eclipse director David Slade in his two previous movies.

Summit is not blaming Jones though. They replaced him because they believe the film needs a stronger edit. According to the studio, Ms. Richardson understands the emotion of the characters and is an ace at balancing action with the other elements of the film.

Eclipse Trailer to debut before Remember Me

Summit Entertainment has announced in their Twitter page that the Eclipse trailer will premiere during Remember Me, which will hit theaters on March 12.

New stills from Eclipse!

New movie stills from Eclipse were released yesterday featuring Edward and Bella making out in Edward’s bedroom, hanging out in the meadow as well as the first image of Bryce Dallas Howard as Victoria and Xavier Samuel as Riley.
