Video: Nikki Reed is happy for her co-stars

In a recent interview with MTV, Nikki Reed talked about her co-stars other projects and how excited she is for them.

“All of them,” she said. “I love Taylor [Lautner] so much, and I’m so proud of him and what he’s doing. He’s making a great movie in Pittsburgh right now,” she said, referring to the John Singleton-directed action thriller “Abduction.”

“I’m excited about Rob [Pattinson]‘s movie ‘Water for Elephants,’ ” she added. “I think he’s going to be phenomenal in that, and Kristen [Stewart] is doing an amazing film ['On the Road']. Elizabeth Reaser just did a movie called ‘Homework’ with Michael Angarano, who’s a really good friend of mine, and Emma Roberts that I’m excited about.”

Reed and her co-stars have so many projects going that she was hard-pressed to remember everyone’s work schedule. “We all root for each other,” she said.

“Would I ever! Jackson and I are on the phone every other day, because we’re trying to find a movie to do together. I forgot to mention him — his band is skyrocketing. It’s amazing,” she gushed. “I would be honored. I don’t want to take the position: ‘Would I ever.’ If he would ever let me, yeah. I love them.”

Nikki Reed on Breaking Dawn and Bill Condon

In an exclusive interview with Cinema Blend, Nikki Reed has revealed that she has not received the script for the last Twilight movie, Breaking Dawn yet. She has also revealed that she is excited to work with director Bill Condon.

“They haven’t told us yet. We haven’t even received the scripts. It’s certainly very graphic the way that it’s written. We clearly know what our ratings are going to be in these movies; they’re not going to be rated R films, so they’re going to have to just keep it tame.”

“I actually haven’t met him yet, but I’m a big fan of his work and I heard from everybody that he’s such a sweet, kind man,” she said. “That’s always a nice enlivenment to work in, so I’m excited about that.”

Nikki Reed on Rosalie’s push for humanity in Breaking Dawn

In an interview with MTV News, Nikki Reed talked about her character’s perspective in the last Twilight movie, Breaking Dawn. She explains why Rosalie has been so adamant on Bella staying human.

“Here’s how I look at it: I try not to be super opinionated and vocal, because in Hollywood, that seems to only lead you in the wrong direction,” Reed said. “I try to relate this particular case to Rosalie and not make it metaphorical or symbolic of anything else.”

“I think that Rosalie just always wanted to be a mom, and that’s how I look at it,” she said. “It has nothing to do with being pro-life or anything. I think it’s about her want, her need to be a mother, and this is the only opportunity she’s ever going to have, so she’s willing to let Bella die so she can have that and fulfill that, and that’s how I look at it. It’s her own personal desires.”

Nikki Reed, Christian Serratos and Anna Kendrick were seen attending the BlackBerry Torch From AT&T U.S. Launch Party last August 11 while BooBoo Stewart, Edi Gathegi and Christian Serratos attended the NYLON Magazine + EXPRESS Celebrate The Denim Issue at the London Hotel in West Hollywood last August 10.
