Rob votes for Gus Van Sant
With three Twilight films in the can, everybody is anticipating whether Breaking Dawn will be green-lighted for production. Rob has mentioned during the New Moon presscon that it will be in production 2010 but Summit Entertainment has yet to issue an official statement.
In a previous interview, Jamie Campbell Bower has mentioned that he would vote for Sweeney Todd director Tim Burton to direct the fourth book. But when Robert was asked who would he vote for as the director for Breaking Dawn – his answer: Gus Van Sant.
“I think Gus Van Sant would be great to do it,” RPattz added, naming his dream director.
“He shoots everything in Portland,” reasoned the 23-year-old British heartthrob. “He’s good at making it look beautiful. “It’s all about teenage love and obsessions,” Rob explained. “I think Gus Van Sant would be great.”
