Dakota Fanning confirms kissing Kristen Stewart in The Runaways

Last summer, Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart both filmed the movie, The Runaways which is a biographical film about Joan Jett and her band during the 1970’s. There were reports that Dakota and Kristen kissed in the movie and this was confirmed last night by Dakota.

“Yeah. We’re playing Joan Jett and Cherie Curie and they’re best friends in the film and became really close in real life,” Dakota said. “And that’s something that went down back in the ‘70s.”

The Runaways will be released next year.
