A Call For Haiti: Let’s Help the Victims
Last January 12, 2010, a devastating earthquake hit the tiny nation island of Haiti. Buildings were toppled down, communication lines were cut and lives were lost. More than 100,000 people are feared dead and that is still the tip of the iceberg. Survivors are still lost on how they would rebuild their lives with most of the nation’s infrastructure destroyed by the 7.0 Magnitude earthquake.
As we listen to the news coming in about the unfortunate incident, there is something we can do. Donate to your local Red Cross/ Red Crescent centers around the world and help rebuild lives in Haiti. Any small amount will do as long as its heartily given. Remember, its not about how much you can give but the effort and help you can lend.
