In Yahoo’s countdown of Top Movie Heartthrobs of the Decade, Robert Pattinson grabbed the top spot in 2008 and is named as the Movie Heartthrob of 2008, beating out Robert Downey Jr. for the top spot. Here is what they have to say about him:

Twilight explodes in the latest edition of Entertainment Weekly. With the film solidly planting its feet at the box-office last weekend, Twilight has lived up to its hype and now, is the newest movie franchise in Hollywood. However, even with the sequel already in the works and its lead stars are coming back, questions still looms over the franchise whose fans base are teenage girls and their moms. Will it be able to survive the gritty world of Hollywood and can its stars cope up with sudden fame? Also, whats next for its lead stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart? Rachelle shines in Twilight

Rachelle Leferve has made an impression in portraying bad vampire, Victoria in Twilight. Now with a sequel in the works, she is set to return as the fiesty red-head vamp and of course, continue to torture Edward and Bella. Of course, she is also looking forward to the ultimate showdown with Edward in Eclipse.

Peter talks Twilight; What's next for the Twilight cast?

Peter Facinelli aka Dr. Carlisle Cullen sat down with MTV News recently to talk about his new projects and of course, the success of Twilight. Peter has said that he is surprised by the success of the film and thanked the many fans who watched it – and encouraged them to see the movie again with their boyfriends. New Moon for 2010?

People Magazine has an article online that says New Moon will be out on 2010 and director Catherine Hardwicke will be back to helm the sequel. The second book in the Twilight saga centers around the growing friendship of Bella and Jacob as Edward went away to protect Bella. Another interesting twist in New Moon is Jacob embracing his Quilette roots. Most of the cast has said that New Moon will be filmed next year around early Spring.

In Rolling Stone’s Hot Issue of 2008, Robert Pattinson is listed as The Hot Actor of 2008. He made a noise this year when he took on the role of Edward Cullen in Twilight, which made girls and moms everywhere scream their hearts out when they see him. Now riding his Twilight fame, Robert Pattinson is out to prove that he is more than a sexy vampire through his next film, Little Ashes. Here is what they have to say about him:

“Twilight is a metaphor for the virtues of chastity, but it’s had the opposite effect,” a chagrined Robert Pattinson told us shortly before the goth blockbuster slayed audiences in late November. “I get letters that say, ‘I’m going to kill myself if you don’t watch High School Musical 2 with me.’ ” It was a little nuts: girls rampaging through malls for a glimpse of a relatively unknown 22-year-old British actor who played a brooding bloodsucker named Edward. But so far, the London-raised Pattinson (whose breakout was a memorable part in the Harry Potter series) has stayed humble. In his next film, Little Ashes, he will play a young Salvador Dali, as his advisers mull a trusted plan for plucking an actor from the tweenscape: Get him a role that puts a gun in his hand. But, Edward-mania will be hard to forget. Says Pattinson, “A mother recently gave me her baby and asked, ‘Can you please bite his head?’ ”

Peter and Jackson for Twicon2009

Peter Facinelli and Jackson Rathbone has just been added to the guest list attending TwiCon 2009. They will join previous confirmed guests Ashley Greene, Kellan Lutz and Mike Welch, in one of the biggest Twilight gatherings next year.
