A treat for Twilight fans in the Philippines. There is another way to get closer to Edward and Bella and ice cream maker Häagen-Dazs is bringing it to you.

“Dazzled at First Sight” is a combination of Caramel Apple Crumble and Coffee and is inspired by the first time Bella meets Edward. The sweet temptation of the apple crumble and the rich flavor of coffee make for potent combination that will leave you wanting for more.

“A Kiss in the Meadow” features two contrasting flavors which when combined, produces a most intriguing sensation. The refreshing, slightly tart flavor of Summer Berries is combined with the sweet and creamy Belgian Chocolate. Tasting this flavor combination is one moment you will not want to forget.

“Clair de Lune”, which represents a significant song in the book and the movie, is a combination of two flavors with very interesting textures. Choc Choc Chip, a chunky chocolate flavor is paired off with the unique, tangy flavor of Mango & Passion fruit.

Häagen-Dazs ice cream will also be launching a promotion for its pints, multipacks and shop creations. Purchase two pints or multipacks in the participating supermarkets or spend at least P780 in any Häagen-Dazs shop and you’ll get a free cinema pass to watch Twilight*. The cinema passes can be claimed at any Häagen-Dazs shop when you present your proof of purchase.

Alongside these activities, Häagen-Dazs ice cream will also be tying up with Powerbooks to support the book releases that will coincide with the film release.

Buy any book from the Twilight Series from Powerbooks and you’ll get a free Häagen-Dazs Twilight bookmark**. What’s more, if you present the bookmark at any Häagen-Dazs shop, you can get a free scoop of any of the Twilight flavor combinations.

Thanks to Just Jared,we have pictures of Catherine Hardwicke, Cam Gigandet and Kristen Stewart as they attended the premiere of Twilight in Madrid,Spain. Both Kristen and Catherine are expected to fly into Rome to meet up with Robert Pattinson to promote the film in the Rome Film Festival. The trio are also expected to sign copies of Breaking Dawn as the book will be released there in the translated language.

Also, important news from TwilightSaga.com. The Official Guide to the Twilight Saga, which was due to be released this December 30 will be moved to next year 2009. There are no concrete day yet but as a treat,there will be more goodies included in the book, which means more exclusive material. Here is also the first look at the book cover.

The cast of twilight are getting their media promotion up to the notch as they are being featured in many magazines. First up,Empire. In the November issue of Empire, the Twilight gang gets exposed about the film and the fans. Here is a sneak peak:

Robert Pattinson and the cast of 2008′s second most successful film (I’m calling it now as a runner-up to “Dark Knight”) are featured in the new issue of my favorite magazine in the world, Empire. In addition to this brand new moody shot, Robbie (what’s his preferred nickname?) talked about the pandemonium involved with being a part of fall’s most-anticipated movie.

“It dawned on me at Comic-Con,” he says in Empire’s December issue. “Walking out on stage was the weirdest experience of my life. It was like being in N’Sync.”

But he’s not letting all the attention go to his head — or his stomach. “Afterwards I was like ‘Wow, I was just in a room with 7,000 girls screaming at me. Now what am I going to have for dinner?’”

Robert also says that he knew from day one that his chemistry with on-screen love Kristen Stewart was undeniable. “It was there from the beginning. The way Kristen and I reacted to each other just felt right. It was exactly right for Edward and Bella’s relationship. And it’s all about the relationship.”

MTV News will be holding a very special “Twilight” event in Los Angeles on November 7th, as we tape a television special celebrating the much-anticipated movie. “Twilight” stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and director Catherine Hardwicke will be in attendance to address the crowd, and they’ll premiere never-before-seen footage from the movie some two weeks before it hits theaters. Hardwicke will also take questions from attendees during a Q & A session.
